This begins right from the word go where we incorporate the best mining technology and put to use some of the best and highly trained and skilled workers in the industry who extract magic form the heart of the earth.
The same is visible thorough out right from the initial procurementof raw quartz to the ultimate delivery of the final product that is gazed under the highest quality control check. The production is the compilation of the process that is unrivaled in the industry today. The manufacturing process begins with a rigorous inspection of all incoming raw materials on an endless list of parameters and only then it is sent for further processing and manufacturing. Levanto Quartz Surfaces and Countertops are manufactured through a highly automated, yet strictly monitored process that includes the following:

Feeding & Mixing
All our raw material is duly inspected, checked, manually and by use of high end technology. The Raw materials are also inspected for faults and cracks and then fed into mixers and blended together. This process is completely automated leaving no room for compromise on safety and quality.

Molding
Once the slurry of materials is done, it is time to create the magic. This slurry is then further poured into a mold and formed into slab sizes of 306x144 cm or 120x57 inches or as per custom size demanded by customers. This is a delicate process as it needs safe handling and the right time for material setting and relaxing for the best product to surface.

Pressing
Once in molds the time for setting starts thus it is important that the further processing is done in the minimum time possible. The entire slab is then compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at a pressure of 100 tons which removes all the air bubbles and traces of moisture. This process needs to be done with a lot of care as this can be the determining factor that results in the breakage and cracking of the processed slab. Thus the process is carried out only by experienced workers that are trained specially for this process itself.

Curing
The setting process then calls for the curing process as this is step that results into the beautiful patterns and veins system in the final slab that you see. The process includes the slabs which are moved further to the curing kiln which is waiting for the slabs to come on a whopping to 90ºC temperature and the slabs are then further cured for 45 minutes which gives them the ultimate strength and solidity.

Polishing
Levanto Quartz surfaces and slabs are then gauged, calibrate and polished to a perfect finish in a wide range of colors and designs in one of our three textural surface finishes: Polished, Honed, or Textured for an ultimate shine and finish. The real beauty comes out when this process is completed.

Quality Assurance
When the slabs are finally cured and polished they arrive at the factory step for quality inspection where the slabs pass under laser guided machines that ensure the slab is free from any cracks or bubbles or any faults. This is the stage where the slabs must pass through quality inspection to ensure our customers receive a top quality product, every time.

Labeling
Post inspection for quality assurance each slab is then sent further for labeling and marking and printing of relevant information regarding manufacturing dates and pricing etc.

Packaging & Shipment
Finally this is the step which is perhaps the most delicate because if this is not done right it may end up in the loss of the entire hard work, We do best quality packaging and timely manner shipments with live tracking that ensures that the customers get what they have desired for and in the exactness as they expected.
